However, as it was later found out, there is no one named Zerwas in the U.S. Congress. Actually, John Zerwas is a member of the Texas House of Representatives, which has nothing to do with the Congress. As to the statement, it’s still unknown what exactly Zerwas said, as the text is available in Azerbaijani media only.
