Artsakh President, Armenian Constitutional Court chairman discuss Karabakh conflictApril 16, 2011 - 19:38 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On April 16, Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan met with a group of participants of the “International and legal guarantees of the Karabakh conflict settlement” conference headed by chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia Gagik Harutyunyan.
