Armenian Genocide international recognition cannot be stopped - expert

PanARMENIAN.Net - Director of Caucasus Institute, political analyst Alexander Iskandaryan said that there are not sound historical theories, which deny the Armenian Genocide.

“The Armenian Genocide is verified in tens of thousands of documents, it is a fact that cannot be denied, and nobody does it seriously,” Iskandaryan said during Yerevan-Moscow TV spacebridge titled ‘Armenian Genocide. 96 Years Later…’

According to him, those countries or organizations, which have not recognized the Armenian Genocide yet, say that it is none of their business or they do not want to spoil relations with Turkey.

“I cannot accept that people can be indifferent about the thesis that annihilation of nation, people by the ethnic affiliation. This fact or fact of its non-recognition threatens everyone,” noted Iskandaryan.

He went on saying: “The train of the Armenian Genocide recognition has begun to move and cannot be stopped, while Turkey will be have to recognize it sooner or latter.”
