Expert: Armenian-Turkish relations resume their normal course

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian-Turkish relations, specifically what concerns the protocols, resume their normal course, an expert said.

“No progress can be expected unless election processes both in Turkey and Armenia are completed, i.e before 2014,” Artak Shakaryan told a news conference in Yerevan on April 22.

Commenting on the possible outcomes of Turkey’s parliamentary election, he said, “Erdogan’s ruling Justice & Development Party is striding towards victory. However, liberals are likely to support nationalists, as they are displeased with the Prime Minister’s dictatorial style.”
