Ukraine’s Armenian churches hosted public prayers in commemoration of Genocide victims

PanARMENIAN.Net - Kiev, Ukraine hosted a liturgy on the occasion of Holy Easter, followed by a consecration of two khachkars and a public prayer to commemorate Armenian Genocide victims.

This has been the first Sunday in 50 years when Easter Holidays concurred with the Armenian Genocide Victims Commemoration Day. The World Council of Churches called on all churches to join Armenian people in the commemoration of the innocent victims of 1915 tragedy, Analitika.at.ua reported.
