  Nazik Avdalyan surgery continues for over 3 hours already April 28, 2011 - 14:13 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The surgery of European and world weightlifting champion Nazik Avdalyan continues for over 3 hours already. “The surgery started at noon. Avdalyan has a lumbar injury and comminuted fracture of the first vertebra,” head of the resuscitation department at Erebuni medical center Harutyun Mangoyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. Asked whether she will be able to continue her sporting career, the doctor said she felt her legs when was brought to hospital but things will get clear after the surgery. Nazik Avdalyan got in a car crash on Yerevan-Gyumri motorway on April 26.
