Armenia doesn’t see positive impulses from Turkey

PanARMENIAN.Net - Yerevan doesn’t see positive impulses from Turkey for normalization of relations with Armenia, Foreign Minister stated.

“Turkey continues laying down terms to the Armenian side for ratification of the protocols,” Edward Nalbandian said when commenting to a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter’s question at a news conference on April 29.

“Turkey not only disrespects the commitments it undertook but also goes contrary to the position of the international community calling for ratification of the protocols without preconditions.
