ARMENIAN GOVERNMENT FOCUSES ON GOVERNMENT SYSTEM REFORMATION

PanARMENIAN.Net - YEREVAN, February 14. /Mediamax/. A conference, dedicated to questions of state government system reformation, was held today in the Government of Armenia. The Prime Minister of the country, Andranik Margarian presided over the meeting, Mediamax was informed in the press service of the government.

At the meeting, proposals on reformation of the government system were considered, which proceeded from the errand the premier gave at the conference of the commission for government system reformation, which was held Jan. 20. In accord with the errand, the ministries must present their remarks and proposals regarding the concept of structural changes in the government system.

The chairman of the commission for government system reformation, Armen Khudaverdian informed that in three ministries - of Social Security, Health and Ecology, works on nominal roll of civil service posts have begun and are about to be finished.

The Prime Minister charged the head of the governmental staff, as well as the minister of Finance and Economy of Armenia to work out a mechanism of holding analogous works in other ministries. It was commissioned to make a temporary schedule and to involve the members of the commission as well as employees of ministries in the work. All the ministries were instructed to present in a week their opinion regarding the "Civil Service" bill to the governmental staff. -0-
