Artsakh war veteran raises NKR inhabitation problems

PanARMENIAN.Net - Member of Sardarapat movement Zhirayr Sefilyan said that the Armenian side not only failed to inhabit the liberated territories of Karabakh, but also to prevent emigration from Armenia.

“Over 30,000 people lived in Shushi in 1980s, while currently there are less than 3,000 residents,” Sefilyan told a press conference in Yerevan.

He called on the nation to unite and solve the pressing problems. “It is not late to improve the situation. During the Karabakh war, nobody thought we can reach Arax,” he said.
