  Pamela Statakis congratulates Movses Hakobyan on triple holidayMay 7, 2011 - 16:08 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On May 6, the NKR defense army commander, General Lieutenant Movses Hakobyan met with the head of International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Stepanakert Office Pamela Statakis. During the meeting, Ms. Statakis congratulated the commander on a triple holiday: the Victory Day, Shushi Liberation Day and NKR Defense Army Day. The parties further exchanged views on regional issues, NKR defense army press service reported.
