Armenia was the 4th in 2000 among the CIS countries for investments into the fixed capital, as compared with the previous year percentage. The annual Inter-state CIS statistics committee report "The Commonwealth of Independent States in 1999" and express-report "Economy of the CIS states in November-December 2000" stated that Armenia's investments into the fixed capital made up 121 per cent as compared with the previous year.
