Robert Kocharian signed the decree on February 7 to set up commission to coordinate fulfillment of obligations, undertaken by Armenia on the accession into the Council of Europe, the press office of the President of Armenia reported today.As Mediamax was informed in the press office, Robert Kocharian will be heading the commission.
