  ARFD urges international community to react strongly to Azeri provocations May 13, 2011 - 14:48 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Director of the ARF bureau's Hay Dat and political affairs office, Kiro Manoyan said the international community, specifically, the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairmen should react strongly to Azerbaijan’s provocative acts and ceasefire violations. The Co-Chairmen fail to react properly, trying to maintain parity between the parties, but this only instigates Azerbaijan to new violations, Manoyan told a press conference in Yerevan. According to him, the increased number of ceasefire violations by Azerbaijan proves that Baku is displeased with the negotiation process.   Top stories Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution. President of the Armenian parliament Alen Simonyan met with the Speaker of the Azerbaijani Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova.
