Head of the OSCE Yerevan office, Ambassador Roy Reeve said today that the OSCE is going to promote the dialogue of the heads of the regional countries for the discussion of projects on "Caucasian Stability Pact" formation.According to Reeve, taking into account that the OSCE already has its offices in all the three countries of the South Caucasus, the Organization will further the development of regional cooperation. The head of the OSCE office reminded that recently, with the OSCE participation, the "Association of Journalists of South Caucasian states" was established.
