In a conversation with a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, Victor Sheynis reminded about the sad results military adventures led to, citing Georgia's aggression against Abkhazia and South Ossetia. At the same time, the expert specifically noted Russia's support for Karabakh. “The settlement of Karabakh conflict requires intensive efforts, with Russia's support acting as a restrictive factor to Azerbaijan.
