Historic dispute on prevalence of sovereignty right or territorial integrity continues in Karabakh

PanARMENIAN.Net - The issue of lost Georgian territories might be compared with Karabakh conflict, with an endless historic dispute as to the prevalence of either the right for sovereignty or the territorial integrity, according to an expert at Carnegie Center.

“The issue no longer lies in the settlement of the conflict, which won't be accomplished in foreseeable future. The conflict must be taken to the level of international relations,” VOA News quoted Alexey Malashenko as saying.
