The President of Armenia Robert Kocharian signed on January 17 the decree on confirmation of the staff of commission on local self-governing issues at the President of Armenia.As Mediamax was informed in the press office of the president, Alexan Harutiunian, counselor to president, is appointed the chairman of the commission. President Kocharian also signed the order confirming the new staff of the commission at the president of Armenia on urban-development and coordination of restoration works on the Spitak quake zone.
