  Bako Sahakyan: first Armenian Republic important page in Armenian history  May 28, 2011 - 16:07 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - On May 28, President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan together with Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan, Catholicos of All Armenians His Holiness Karekin II, officials from Armenia and Artsakh visited the memorial complex of Sardarapat to take part in festive events dedicated to the day of the First Armenian Republic. President Sahakyan described the formation of the First Armenian Republic as one the most important pages in the Armenian history underlining that free, independent and secure state is an exclusive value, reported the Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
