According to him, the amnesty proved that there is an agreement between the authorities and opposition. “Armenian people will face a new challenge if Armenian-Turkish relations will be put on parliament’s agenda,” Minasyan said, adding that the decision to ratify the protocols on normalization of relations with Turkey and adoption of Madrid principles will have deplorable consequences. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
