RPA: no legal or political reasons for snap elections in ArmeniaMay 30, 2011 - 14:25 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - A political dialogue between the authorities and Armenian National Congress (ANC) implies discussion of crucial issues rather than extraordinary presidential or parliamentary elections, said a spokesman for the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA). As Eduard Sharmazanov told a news conference in Yerevan, there are no legal or political reasons for snap elections in Armenia.
