RPA on dialogue with ANC: we never neglect a reaching hand June 2, 2011 - 12:35 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia experiences problems that should be addressed by anyone who comes to power in the country, member of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) said. “Various political forces have different approaches to these problems,” Artak Davtyan told journalists on June 2. Commenting on the dialogue between the authorities and the Armenian National Congress (ANC), he said: “We never neglect a reaching hand and will continue seeking for solutions to the existing problems.” For his part, ANC member Suren Abrahamyan noted that Armenia faces new political developments as well as foreign policy challenges, specifically the Nagorno Karabakh conflict. “As to the dialogue with the leadership, we will form a delegation and compile an agenda. We firmly believe that the pressing problems can be resolved through conduction of early elections,” he said. According to him, the Karabakh conflict resolution will be painful both for NKR and Azerbaijan and that is why “the power in Armenia should be vulnerable.” Top stories Achieving stable peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan remains a priority of the OSCE, said Ian Borg.
