RPA: authorities not discussing dialogue agenda with ANC

PanARMENIAN.Net - Member of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia Artak Zakaryan said that unlike the Armenian National Congress (ANC) the authorities do not discuss the agenda of possible dialogue with the opposition.

“The leadership meets the demands of the Armenian people but not those made by the ANC,” Zakaryan told journalists on June 2.

During the last opposition rally, ANC leader Levon Ter-Petrossian said that the Congress will in the near future form a group of representatives to negotiate with the authorities. Opposition insists that the issue of extraordinary elections will dominate the agenda.
