Today the confrontation documents of Levon Mirzoyan, accused of being the direct executor of the terrorist act against NKR President, and of accused Khachatur Petrosian, Varuzhan Melkumian and David Gulian were read out at the court session in Stepanakert. The accused confirmed that L.Mirzoyan had participated in the organization and commitment of the terrorist act, the correspondent of Mediamax reports from Stepanakert. V. Melkumian and D. Gulian confirmed their statements given during the preliminary investigation, concerning L. Mirzoyan's participation in the discussions of the plan of the terrorist act. But Mirzoyan himself still denies his participation in the terrorist act.
