Armenia coach: we will play our style football

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia coach believes that his men are ready for the match against Russia even more than they were in Yerevan.

“I don’t like to examine the standings and don’t look far ahead,” Vardan Minasyan told a press conference prior to the UEFA EURO 2012 qualifier in Saint Petersburg. “We are training for each match individually. Now we are concentrated on the match against Russia.”

Minasyan said he has already decided on the first team. “Sargis Hovsepyan, Roman Berezovsky and Yura Movsisyan had injuries, but they all have recovered,” he said.

“We will play our style football, the way we planned before the match, and will try to follow our line,” he said, when commenting on Russia coach Dick Advocaat’s remarks that Armenia will have to adjusts to Russians, sport-express.ru reported.

The match will start at 8 pm Yerevan time on June 4.
