As Vahan Hovhannisyan told a news conference in Yerevan, the results of the dialogue “are already perceptible, with the authorities and ANC having orchestrated a joint attack on Dashnaktsutyun.” “ANC leader, Levon Ter-Petrossian, however, tends to exaggerate our concern over the dialogue established,” Hovhannisyan noted. Hovhannisyan, nevertheless, noted positive aspects to the oncoming political talks. “Finally, Armenia will see a political struggle.
