Specifically, Artsakh’s participation in negotiations, withdrawal of snipers from the line of contact and Azerbaijan’s destructive stance were discussed,” Babayan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. He added that the parties just exchanged ideas, and works are carried out to improve the mechanisms for investigation of incidents at the line of contact. According to Babayan, there are not such mechanisms yet, but the OSCE mission in the conflict zone, jointly with the NKR and Azerbaijani Defense Ministries, should develop them, so that the world community gives a relevant political response to similar ceasefire violations. ![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert.
