  Abrahamyan: Artsakh will become subject of international law sooner or later  June 10, 2011 - 13:51 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - Speaker of the Armenian National Assembly Hovik Abrahamyan said Artsakh will become a subject of the international law sooner or later. Armenian parliamentarians always refer to the Karabakh conflict settlement during international meetings, Abrahamyan said during a sitting of Armenia-NKR interparliamentary committee. “I strongly believe that inter-parliamentary cooperation will eventually contribute to NKR’s international recognition,” he said.
