The Prime Minister of Armenia Andranik Margarian doesn't exclude new staff changes in the government.The Premier told this today, presenting the new minister for territorial administration and coordination of urban-planning activity, Hovik Abrahamian. However, Margarian said, the question of staff changes may arouse only after summing up the year 2000. Local observers assume that as a result of the breakdown of "Stability" deputy group, the firsts to leave the government will be its representatives - Minister of Transport and Telecommunications Edward Madatian and Minister of Ecology Murad Muradian. -0-   Top stories Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult.
