These devices will also allow people watch the rallies of the opposition Armenian National Congress that was finally permitted organizing protests in Liberty Square. Similar devices are expected to be installed in Charles Aznavour and Republic Squares as well as at Matenadaran, the Institute of Ancient Manuscripts. Earlier, Yerevan police chief Nerses Nazaryan said that video surveillance devices will be installed in about 10 public places in the center of Yerevan.
