During YSU council session, led by Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan, 60 voted “for” and 7 “against” Simonyan’s candidacy. Following his re-election, YSU rector briefed the participants on reforms planned in university entrance exams, as well as the scheduled opening of YSU basic college to operate in Armenian regions.
