Armenian President says Diaspora doctors’ cooperation essential![]() July 8, 2011 - 20:52 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On July 8, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan met with the members of the International Committee of Armenian Doctors on the sidelines of Yerevan-hosted international medical congress. At the meeting, Armenian leader gave high assessment to the event, aiming to develop cooperation between Armenian doctors worldwide, promote experience exchange, thus improving healthcare quality in Armenia and Artsakh. The president thanked the Committee authorities for efforts made to this end, stressing the importance of Diaspora Armenians’ expertise consolidation in different sectors of medicine, presidential press service reported. ![]() ![]() As a result of floods in Armenia’s northern Lori and Tavush provinces, 17 bridges, including five large ones, have collapsed.
