Ukraine’s Supreme Rada chairman says Yerevan-hosted meetings productive

PanARMENIAN.Net - On July 12, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan met with Ukraine’s Supreme Rada chairman Vladimir Litvin.

During the meeting, the Armenian leader expressed hope for Litvin’s visit to contribute to the development of bilateral ties.

Litvin, in turn, characterized Yerevan-hosted meetings as productive, noting that an agreement was reached with Armenian parliamentary speaker to implement Armenia-Ukraine agreement on interparliamentary cooperation.

The parties emphasized the importance of Armenia-Ukraine parliamentary friendship groups’ activities, as well as parliamentary cooperation in the framework of international organizations, presidential press service reported.
