OSCE MG co-chairs discuss Karabakh settlement with Ilham Aliyev![]() July 15, 2011 - 15:42 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - OSCE MG co-chairs, Robert Bradtke (U.S.), Bernard Fassier (France), Igor Popov (Russia) and the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office for the Karabakh conflict settlement, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk met with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in Baku. At the meeting, the partied exchanges views on current stage and perspectives of Karabakh settlement talks. On July 18, the co-chairs will arrive in Yerevan to meet Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan and Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian. The co-chairs’ visit to Stepanakert was cancelled as NKR President Bako Sahakyan is on a short-term leave. ![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
