Arto Tuncboyacıyan won Grammy awards in Feb 2011

PanARMENIAN.Net - The world renowned Armenian musician Arto Tuncboyacıyan won Grammy awards in Feb 2011 for participation in records of Miho: Journey to the Mօuntain album.

It is known that Paul Winter was initiator of the album which won in the nomination Best New Age Album.

Tuncboyacıyan said that the album was recored in Miho Japan musem.

It should be noted that technical mediation was minimized while recording the album. Natural sounds were used through maximal use of noise.

The 53rd Annual Grammy Awards took place in Los Angeles at Staples Center on Sunday, Feb. 13, 2011.
