Luys foundation will promote Armenian students' study at foreign universitiesJuly 16, 2011 - 17:46 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Luys educational foundation will help increase the number of Armenian students in the most acclaimed universities worldwide, thus providing Armenia's active participation in global economy. Armenian students worldwide can win Luys educational foundation scholarships. Armenian Minister of Agriculture Sergo Karapetyan attended the foundation meeting on July 15.
