Armenian government signs Memorandum of Understanding with International Minerals & Mines LimitedAugust 3, 2011 - 20:22 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Prime Minister of Armenia Tigran Sargsyan today met with the delegation of the International Minerals & Mines Limited organization headed by the company Director Stephen Fitchi. As the Governmental press service reports, during the meeting the parties discussed details of the impeding programs expected in the mining industry of Armenia. Sargsyan expressed hope that bilateral cooperation will stimulate implementation of investments in the country. The meeting resulted in signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Armenian government of the International Minerals & Mines Limited, by Armen Movsisyan, Armenian Minister of Energy and Natural Resources, on the Armenian side, and Stephen Fitchi, on the side of International Minerals & Mines Limited. IMM Energy Limited has subsidiaries like IMM Energy Georgia and IMM Energy Armenia operating in Tbilisi. The company plans to set headquarter of IMM Energy Armenia in Armenia. The organization aims to reveal respective investment capital, as well as study and development of slate reserves on the territory of Armenia.
