The defeat worsened Danielyan’s position in the tournament standings, as she dropped to the 9th place with 2 points. Lahno gained 3.5 points and climbed the 2nd place. After 5 rounds, the Armenian GM is 2.5 points behind the leader of the tournament, China’s Hou Yifan, whom Danielyan will rival in the 6th round.
