Aliyev rejects participation in CIS summit

PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev will not attend the CIS jubilee summit to be held in Dushanbe, Tajikistan on September 2-3. Instead, Azerbaijan will be represented by Prime Minister Artur Rasizade, APA reported citing AzerTac news agency.

Presidents of Armenia, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova and Turkmenistan confirmed their participation. Leaders of Belarus, Uzbekistan and Ukraine have not responded to invitation yet.
