Azeri captive’s letter to be handed over to his familyAugust 17, 2011 - 13:02 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Armenia visited Azerbaijani POW, junior sergeant Roman Guseynov. “Guseynov was given a letter from his family. In turn, the ICRC members took his letter to be further conveyed to his relatives,” ICRC representative told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. Junior sergeant Roman Guseynov was taken captive on August 27, 2010. Guseynov served as contract soldier and yielded himself prisoner because of humiliating attitude of his commanders.
