  Manoyan slams ARF Western USA decision to boycott Armenian independence banquet August 19, 2011 - 16:25 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - ARF bureau's Hay Dat and political affairs office director Kiro Manoyan has criticized the decision of the ARF-Dashnaktsutyun's Western Bureau to boycott the banquet dedicated to the 20th anniversary of independence of the Republic of Armenia. “We have no right to be guided by personal relations or emotions at such important events,” Manoyan said. “We all know that there are a lot of problems in Armenia but 20th anniversary of independence is an opportunity to consolidate our victories and unite.”   Top stories Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution. President of the Armenian parliament Alen Simonyan met with the Speaker of the Azerbaijani Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova.
