Expert: Armenia had no time to build state in normal conditionsAugust 23, 2011 - 14:49 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Unlike many other countries which declared independence, Armenia had no time to build the state in normal conditions, a political analyst said. “Nagorno Karabakh conflict broke out immediately after declaration of independence and the country found itself in severe blockade. This is the reason why some of our expectations have not been realized,” Sergey Minasyan told journalists in Yerevan. According to him, Armenia has already overcome all difficult stages of development and independence is the major achievement. “However, we remember that there are lots of social, economic and domestic issues that must be resolved,” Minasyan said.
