ALMA to host Yousuf Karsh exhibition

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Armenian Library and Museum of America (ALMA) on September 16 and 17 will host Karsh: Celebrating Humanity exhibition, a gala event featuring permanent collection of portraits by the renowned Armenian-Canadian photographer Yousuf Karsh, whose insightful lens has captured those men and women who have influenced the 20th century, ALMA told PanARMENIAN.Net

Yousuf Karsh (1908-2002) is one of the masters of 20th century photography. His body of work includes portraits of statesmen, artists, musicians, authors, scientists, and men and women of accomplishment. His extraordinary and unique portfolio presents the viewer with an intimate and compassionate view of humanity.
