Nalbandian to attend CIS Foreign Ministers meeting in Dushanbe![]() September 1, 2011 - 14:08 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On September 2, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian will attend CIS Foreign Ministers’ meeting in Dushanbe, which will focus on discussion of a number of documents, security issues and struggle against terrorism. The Ministers will also touch upon the implementation of CIS development concept adopted in 2007, RA MFA press office reported Simultaneously, a summit of CIS heads of state will proceed in Dushanbe. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev will not attend the event. Instead, the country will be represented by Prime Minister Artur Rasizade. Presidents of Armenia, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova and Turkmenistan confirmed their participation. ![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
