Commenting on the 20th anniversary of Nagorno Karabakh independence, Tovmasyan congratulated the people and government of Artsakh reminding that communists saw the start of the liberation battles of Nagorno Karabakh. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult.
