Armenia let Azerbaijan threaten war, Heritage party member says

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia allowed Azerbaijan to lay conditions in Nagorno Karabakh talks and threaten war, according to Larisa Alaverdyan, member of Heritage opposition party.

As she told a press conference in Yerevan, “should Azerbaijan possess just 10% of advantages Armenia has in the Karabakh issue, it would block Armenia from the international arena.” “I wonder why Azerbaijan pushes its claims in the negotiation process while being the answering party,” she said.

Alaverdyan also noted that most of the older generation representatives in Azerbaijan will not go to the front in case of a new war, as they are well aware that the liberated territories do not belong to Baku.
