  Azerbaijan violates ceasefire 230 times over past week September 10, 2011 - 14:45 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The number of ceasefire violations at the contact line between the Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijani armed forces increased in the period from September 4 to 10. According to the press service of NKR defense army, the Azerbaijani side violated the ceasefire 230 times over the past week, firing about 1200 shots in direction of Karabakh. The NKR army refrained from retaliatory measures but ensured security of its positions.   Top stories Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin. Authorities said a total of 192 Azerbaijani troops were killed and 511 were wounded during Azerbaijan’s offensive.
