  Armenian soldier wounded in ceasefire violation September 13, 2011 - 10:58 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - As result of ceasefire violation by the Azerbaijani troops, Nagorno Karabakh army soldier Vahe Manukyan, 19, was wounded when on duty in the environs of Mardakert. According to the NKR defense army press service, Manukyan's health state is assessed as grave. Investigation is under way.
