Issues related to the recent developments and current situation along the contact line between Artsakh and Azerbaijan armed forces were discussed during the meeting, Central Information Department of the Office of ARTSAKH REPUBLIC President reports. On September 12, at about 07:30 Armenia’s air defense and electronic warfare forces shot down an Azerbaijani drone. On September 13, as a result of the next violation of ceasefire by the Azerbaijani forces, NK defense army serviceman, 19 year old Vahe Manukyan got a gunshot wound. Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
