"Moscow" celebrations hall opens in MartakertSeptember 16, 2011 - 16:48 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On September 16, the President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan visited the Martakert regional center to participate in Moscow celebrations hall opening ceremony. At the ceremony, President Sahakyan thanked Martakert All-Russian philanthropic public organization for its patriotic undertaking in the framework of Artsakh-Diaspora cooperation. Members of the NKR parliament and cabinet of ministers, member of the Central Board of the “Spravedlivaya Rossiya” Party Aleksey Mitrofanov, other officials, Armenian and foreign guests partook in the event, Central Information Department at Artsakh President's Office reported. Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
