  Heritage leader: generation of independence will lead Armenia to serious changes September 17, 2011 - 15:20 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Heritage party leader called Armenia's right to command its destiny as the main achievement of the republic’s independence declaration. As Raffi Hovannisian told a news conference in Yerevan, the generation of independence will lead Armenia to serious changes. Hovannisian noted October 27, 1999; March 1, 2008 and October 10, 2009 as dark pages in Armenia's policy, leading to extensive migration of Armenia's population. Congratulating Armenian people on 20th anniversary of independence, Hovannisian expressed hope for the next 20 years to bring about significant achievements.
